Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation, also known as Confession, offers the opportunity to reflect on one's life, seek forgiveness, and restore one's relationship with God and the Church.

In Tubberclair Parish, confession times are available regularly. For more details or to make an appointment with Fr. Seamus, please consult the parish bulletin or contact the parish office.

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."

1 John 1:9

"The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a gift to all of us, a place where we can bring our wounds to God, so He can heal us."

Pope Francis

Act of Contrition

"My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned against You, whom I should love above all things.

I firmly intend, with Your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.

Our Saviour Jesus Christ suffered and died for us.

In His name, my God, have mercy.

Amen."
